Professor of Natural Language Processing and Corpus Linguistics at the Faculty of Letters (University of Strasbourg) and member of UR 1339 Linguistique, Langue et Parole (LiLPa), she works on the automatic adaptation of texts for various target audiences (dyslexic and struggling readers, learners of French as a Foreign Language). Her research focuses on NLP applications in the fields of health (automatic identification of emotions in patient narratives – GREMO-Ling project, automatic reformulation of medical terms for the general public: ADAPTMED) and inclusion (analysis of gender bias in LLMs).
